The main hardwood handrail was stripped of over a century of layers of paint completely restored to reveal the original woodgrain beauty. All of the light fixtures in the hallways and exterior have been replaced with new designer energy efficient, eco-friendly light fixtures. The floors in the hallways in the main lobby and garden level hallways were replaced with brand new oak hardwood flooring and the remaining existing floors were stripped, sanded and revarnished. Brand new modern Mailboxes were also recently installed Fully warrantied roof and gutters have recently been replaced. Brand new 75 gallon commercial grade hot water heater. The natural gas-powered forced hot air furnace is new and was added to the building in January 2025. The fire escapes have been very recently refreshed, repaired, and repainted with commercial grade Rustoleum paint.
