Tenant Agreement and Terms

3. Damage Reporting
Any damages to the property, including structural, interior, appliances, plumbing, or electrical issues, must be reported to the landlord within 24 hours of discovery.
4. Pet Policy
Only small dogs are permitted on the property, and prior approval from the landlord is required. Unauthorized pets will constitute a breach of the lease agreement.
5. Insurance Requirements
All tenants are required to maintain renters' insurance, including liability coverage, for the duration of the lease agreement. Proof of insurance must be provided prior to move-in.
6. Hazard Notice

7. Landlord Property Visits
