Parking is available right outside the building and there's also tons of free street parking scattered amongst the neighborhood. The apartment complex is wonderful. All the tenants are very kind and there's also a shared outdoor patio space available. The apartment has a heating unit but not AC. There are plenty of windows to always keep this place cool so it's never been an issue for us to need AC. It's easy to maintain this place at a perfect 73F, year round. 6 month lease that can be extended if needed
