The studio cabin features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and sleeping area, ensuring you have all the comforts of home. Enjoy shared outdoor amenities including a covered pavilion, picnic tables, BBQ grills, and fire pits, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. Pets are welcome at the property for a fee of $10 per pet, per day. Guests are required to pick up after their pets, with a $10 charge per exterior location if not cleaned up. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee. Service animals are permitted at no extra cost. Nestled in a secluded acre at Lower Kenai Lodge, the cabin is just minutes from the world-famous Kenai River. Centrally located between Kenai and Soldotna, you'll have easy access to sightseeing, fishing, and the serene beauty of the Kenai Peninsula. Smoking or vaping is not allowed on the premises, with a $200 per day fee for violations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM until sunrise. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and a fee of $15 per hour. A $50 unauthorized late check-out fee applies for each hour past the indicated time. The water is not potable, so guests should bring their own drinking water. The property switches from short-term to mid-term from October to April, with special pricing for stays of 90 days or more. Outdoor security cameras may be in use, and maintenance may occur during your stay with prior notice. The cabin does not include a dedicated home office set-up, but it offers a peaceful environment for remote work with your own equipment.
