The kitchen and laundry and common areas are also shared. We are all nice organized professionals and students. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The house is about a mile southwest of the University of Pennsylvania in a historical beautiful street, convenient to coffee shops, restaurants, and Clark park. The house is located one block from the trolley that takes you to Penn (10 min. ride) and to center city. Walking distance from University of Penn (20-25 min), Drexel and USP.
