Apartment info: Entire apartment renovated prior to my move-in mid-Apr 2024 Central A/C and Heat First floor end unit (end of hallway which means your bedroom wall is not shared with a neighbor) New carpet throughout the apartment (except bathrooms) no shoes please. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment. We won't be able to hear each other. Large balcony (furnished) where you can relax and unwind from the day Refrigerator, Stove, Double ovens, Microwave and Dishwasher Apartment building info: Secure entry (must have a key or code for entry) 24/7 onsite fitness center and laundry room (personally owned brand-new w/d set inside the apartment we could possibly discuss use) Large sparkling outdoor pool with lounge area Street parking (yes, street parking is a pain, but it is also the norm here in LA) EV charging on 1 side of the building Little nuggets of info: MUST keep common areas clean, which is to say anywhere that is not your bedroom or your bathroom (your business).
