    This is a recently renovated 2-bedroom unit with vaulted ceilings, restored hardwood floors, floor to ceiling closets, and a new professional gas range in a sunny setting. It is a Mediterranean styled building, and this is the first of four units, slightly removed from the others at the front of the building with beautiful views. It has lots of privacy, lots of sunlight throughout and requires approximately 7 steps to get to the front door from the street. The kitchen has a skylight, track mounted ceiling lights, and room for a small two-person table. There are new granite counters, a new 18cu ft refrigerator and restored original wood cabinets. The bathroom is on the small side and has a tiled tub and shower and a linen closet. The bedroom and living rooms are sunny with large newly installed dual-pane insulated wood windows and extensive closets and storage areas. The second bedroom is smaller, approximately 10' x 13'. There is a small workspace off the second bedroom that is approx 6' x 10' and comes with a washer and dryer. We estimate the apartment is 750 sq ft. Renovations will be completed the first week in April, and that's when we would like to begin the lease. The rent is $2,975/month, and the deposit is $2,975 (last month's rent) plus $500 (cleaning deposit) = $3,475. We pay for weekly garbage collection and there are separate meters for electricity, gas, and water. There are extensive storage areas in the building, plus room for one car to park off the street in front of the building, and always additional street parking for a second car if needed. We are getting a video shot by the current resident to minimize in person showings due to COVID. Owner pays garbage. No smoking. Pets ok. Off-street parking (there is a large shared garage, but most folks park in front of the garage and use garage for tons of storage).
