Huge garden level fully furnished room in my sunny condo in Gunbarrel. The room is large enough to have a sleeping area along with a work at home area, or living room area. (350 sq. ft.) Large closet and extra storage. Full private bath. It also has a mini fridge, microwave and tea kettle if you prefer more privacy. Washer and Dryer on your level but separated by french doors that lock. This condo backs up to a beautiful private park. The main level has a kitchen, living room, dining area, entry area, and a half bath. Off the living room is a fenced patio that is right on the park. The condo faces SW, so it has lots of natural light. On the second level is two bedrooms, each with their own bath. I will be in one of the bedrooms. I have a sweet golden retriever who loves everyone and every dog. The other roommate upstairs has two dogs and they are both very sweet and friendly. No more dogs. I would be open to a cat as long as it does not spray or tear up the carpet. I spend a lot of time at my boyfriend's house so that would be only two dogs when I am not here. I am a retired teacher that is still working remotely, The photos show the main level, patio, the basement room, and the park. Preference of at least 6 mos.+ but open to 3 mos. There is an attached garage that can be shared for bikes and/or camping or sport equipment. I request that common spaces (patio, kitchen counters, living room, and dining room)be kept free of clutter, so that it feels more open and welcoming for all of us.
