I do not know why it is says torn carpets when I look at it from the renters view and I don't seem to be able to change it! Sunny townhome available for rent on 06/01/2023. The main level contains an entryway, a 1/2 bath, a kitchen and a living room. Off the living room is an outdoor patio with a sweet maple tree that provides shade in the summer and a fence for privacy. Gas fireplace. This townhome backs right up to a large private park and faces SW, so there is lots of sunshine. Well-behaved dogs can be off-leash in the park. There is wood on the floors on the main level. The upstairs is carpeted and the garden level is newly carpeted. There is a washer/dryer on the garden level. There is an attached small garage with shelves for storage. The HOA provides trash removal and plows the road. Water, gas and electricity would be added to the rent. I am open to pets, as long as you will be responsible for pet damage. (pee on the carpets, torn carpets due to cat claws, etc.) I would prefer a yearly lease but would be willing to do shorter. I could also leave my furniture/kitchen supplies if you need it furnished for $3,200 a month. There is one parking spot in front of the garage. There is a visitor spot that an additional car can park in but it is often not available and a second car would park on a quiet, dead end street.
