From your porch as you BBQ your favorite local catch on the grill, see the fireworks show in the summer from Sea World, the Pops along with a few other venues at no extra charge. You have a view of the water down to the tip of the OB pier with sunsets as an art show from mother nature herself beautiful different daily just right to settle down to after a hard days work. The grounds are lush and green with a park like atmosphere. Nightly you can hear the waves gently breaking over the sand sending you off to a great night sleep ready for just about anything that might come up in your next days adventure. The term of the lease is one year, and then month to month after that. Rent is 1850 with an 1850 security deposit. No smoking, no pets, no subletting. You only pay cable ,we pay SDG&E, water, trash. There is one off street parking spot, and you share a washer and dryer with the 4661 cottage which is right next door. So when you are out there trying to see which is the best value, remember that if you are paying say 75 SDG&E and 50 per month water, add the cost of an off street parking spot and when was the last time you went to the laundry mat, another 50, wow. If the other guy is charging you for all of that you need to gross my 1850 up say 350, so apples to apples 2200 would be about right. Plus there is no way they have a better location than yours. Remember you might find an apartment where you share walls with some night owl or something worse..no shared walls here no problems at all. So bring your good credit and references and you just may be the winner of what I feel, modestly, is one of the best OB cottages out there.
