There is a back yard with grass for your dog to roam around, the entire neighborhood is dog friendly. You have your own Mini-split AC / heat so you can adjust your own temperature, different from the rest of the house. The kitchen has quartz countertop, stainless sink, cabinets. Note that we also have a selection of induction cooktop, ovens, microwave, air-fryers for you to choose from (not shown in the picture). Parking is on-street in a permit only area (paid for by landlord) so there is always parking available right next to the house. Internet, water and trash is included but you pay for your own electric bill. Full size laundry is on-site, open 24/7, for free. Lease term 6 month - 1 year. We are looking for someone with great credit, easy-going and considerate. We are OK with co-signers if you don't have a full credit history.
