Here at Bella Vida Resort, every moment is enriched with a touch of luxury and a dash of excitement. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Early check-in at 10 AM or late check-out at 4 PM is available, subject to availability and additional charges. This is a self-catering home, so items should be brought or bought by the guest. A complimentary basic starter kit is provided, including one toilet paper per bathroom, one small bar soap per bathroom, one paper towel per kitchen, one trash bag per can, one dish detergent, one sponge, laundry detergent for one load, and mini shampoo and conditioner. Smoking is not allowed in the house or patio/pool area. A non-refundable fee of $250 USD plus tax will be charged for any signs of smoking. Pets are not allowed inside the pool at any time. A fee of $35 USD plus tax per day is required for pool heating with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. A $35 USD fee plus tax is required for the usage of the grill. Unauthorized pool heating will be charged. Guests must practice reasonable caution when using the pool. Children are not allowed in the pool unsupervised and an adult must be always present. The outside screen doors of the enclosure area of the pool are kept padlocked for your safety and security. Only the pool cleaning staff will access it once a week for their regular maintenance service visit. No pets of any kind are permitted in the swimming pool at any time. A non-refundable penalty fee of $500 USD plus tax will be charged if a pet is brought without previous authorization. Any stain or damage caused by the pet will be charged extra. A fee of $100 USD plus tax will be charged for an excessive amount of trash left in the house or overflowing bins. Guests are responsible for any violation and/or additional fees charged by the community association for incorrect disposal of trash. Guests agree not to set the air conditioning temperature lower than 70F or above 78F degrees. All units have a central HVAC system and guests are asked not to turn it off at any time. If found the system not working properly, guests must notify us as soon as possible to avoid possible damage to the system. Guests are responsible for securing the house when leaving the property. Unauthorized additional guests will incur a penalty of 50% of the total night rate of the reservation plus tax. The cleaning fee charged on the reservation is related to the final cleaning after guest check-out. Guests are aware and agree that the cleaning fee or any other additional cleaning that has been paid does not include the excessive amount of trash that needs to be removed and damages or stains on the carpet or any other furniture that will need to be cleaned, removed, or replaced. For stays over 30 nights, there will be a previously scheduled mandatory monthly inspection of the unit to guarantee it is being kept up to our standards. If necessary, at this time guests will be notified if an additional cleaning fee is required, and guests will be responsible for the additional cost incurred. Complimentary Wi-Fi internet and cable service is available at all properties. The service is not under our control and if any service interruptions or slowdown may occur, we cannot be held responsible. However, our team will ensure the service provider is aware and taking the proper actions regarding any eventual issues. We will not be held responsible for any items left at the property or resort from the guests. As a courtesy, we will notify guests by email about the item found in the property and hold it for up to 15 consecutive days for guests to pick up at our office location or have it delivered to guest address of choice, for a service fee of $20 plus the mailing costs and taxes. If items are left for 15 days or more unclaimed, guests agree that we have the right to donate the item. If guests request a third party to pick up the item, guests must send a written authorization with the full name of the person who will be picking up the item. A $35 USD fee plus tax is required for the usage of the grill available at the properties. Charcoal grills are not allowed on the property at any time. Additional cleaning and disposal costs will be the guests' responsibility. We are not responsible for any injury or accident resulting from the use of the grills. Before asking for a service visit, please make sure to check our Welcome Display and our Appliances Guide available at the property and online. If a service visit to the property is requested by the guest unnecessarily, the cost of such visit will be charged to the guest. Guests are not allowed to change the furniture position, remove window screens, or add any furniture or large appliances to the unit without authorization. The noncompliance of this rule will incur a penalty equivalent to the cost of the service required for the repair or replacement of the item to its original position. The properties are in Florida, a State with lakes, ponds, and conservation areas, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, love bugs, armadillos, deer, and alligators are most common, and though they may be a nuisance during certain periods of the year, caution should be taken when hiking outdoors. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, bees, water bugs, also live nearby. Each property has a regular pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this. If you have an issue with pests or wildlife on the property, please contact us and we will do our best to remedy the situation. The home includes linens with one set per bed and one individual sanitized pack of towels per guest, including one bath, one pool, and one hand towel. Washcloths are not provided. A complimentary basic starter kit is provided, including one toilet paper per bathroom, one small bar soap per bathroom, one paper towel per kitchen, one trash bag per can, one dish detergent, one sponge, laundry detergent for one load, and mini shampoo and conditioner. Oil, salt, pepper, or other kinds of seasoning and food are not provided.
