New! Tiny house! Can make huge loft into a bedroom or huge storage area. Price Includes PG&E and Water/Garbage. Does not include Propane. Never been used! Bigger than 450 sq because of the huge loft upstairs. Really nice and roomy. Clean and safe environment with friendly family landlords. Cleanliness is a must! No smoking or Pets Please. :) No kiddos, but visiting is ok! Honestly great for 1-2 people comfortably! Country Living is a Plus :) We have a small Family owned Business on the Property, but mostly quiet out here as our work is in town. We are close to both 41 and 99 Freeway which is not far at all from anywhere you need to go in Fresno, Easton, Clovis, Selma or Madera area. We are honest people who mind our own business but always here to help with anything needed. Even may offer you a hot meal if we have extra :) That's just how we are :) PG&E, Water/Garbage is included in the rent. This makes it easier on both the renter and landlord. However an excessive amount of PG&E can be renegotiated if necessary. We ask kindly to keep the Tiny House Trailer clean and Tidy inside and out with regular trash take out. We also don't allow smoking inside at any time. We also do not allow any Pets of any kind. Monthly rent is due by the 3rd day of each month. We ask in curtesy to give Landlord a 2 month notice of a moveout date.
