It is has great access to fantastic hiking, road and mountain biking. This truly magical country home boast a redwood forest in the back and stunning, sunny gardens in the front.
The main house is fully furnished with a gourmet kitchen, hot tub, steam shower, claw foot tub and several comfortable decks for viewing the abundant array of birds and wildlife.
There is also an adorable cottage on the opposite side of the property with its own driveway, patios and gardens. This property is occupied by the owners when not traveling across the country in their van. There is a large shared vegetable garden and flagstone fire-pit patio.
A minimum 3 months lease is required, but we would prefer longer. There is no smoking on this property. There are two parking spaces reserved for tenants. Additional guest parking can be arranged. Sleepover guests are limited to four people for three nights, once a month (may be negotiated with owners) The utilities (spring water, propane, garbage, & PG&E) are included in the rent unless it exceeds the established norms. Tenants are responsible for general maintenance of the house including regular cleaning of appliances, bedding, furniture, floors, bathrooms, hot tub, watering house plants, & blowing of debris from decks. Landscaping will be provided by owners, but you may choose to help in the veggie garden and share in the produce. A pet is negotiable, but he/she must get along well with the resident cat, Barley, and an additional, refundable security deposit of $500 is required.
