This apartment will be ready for a September 2nd Move-in. Access: one flight of stairs up from the parking lot to building Income limits: your household must have an income of at least $2595 a month to rent this apartment. Additionally, you household's income cannot be greater than a certain amount based on household size (see chart below). Other unusual stipulations for renting a tax credit apartment is that not all members may be full-time students. Also, no adults may be added to the household for at least the first year, after which the change to total household income is taken into consideration. There is some extra paperwork to complete a "tax credit" application, which must be done in person. It takes about an hour to complete, then typically at least 20 days to process. Please note you will go all the way down the hill on SE Conifer continue straight 2 stop signs and over a speed bump. Our office is on the far right corner of the next intersection (SE Nina Lane). From Bremerton, take Hwy 16, Tremont St. exit toward Port Orchard, merge onto Tremont St. W for a mile. Continue on to SE Lund Ave for 2.1 miles to SE Conifer Park Drive, turn Right and travel .5 miles through residential homes to Conifer Woods. Please note you will go all the way down the hill on SE Conifer -- continue straight 2 stop signs and over a speed bump. Our office is on the far right corner of the next intersection (SE Nina Lane).
