This is a new custom-built lakeside home settled in a tight-knit community. This is not a place to host gatherings, parties, or events. This is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath fully furnished home including one garage bay. The garage is equipped with furniture and a ping-pong table or can be folded up for car storage. The driveway can hold a maximum of 4 vehicles, no more may be stored anywhere on the property. Lake access is across the street and all Lakehurst association rules must be followed during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, all linens can be provided for an extra fee. The master bedroom is a Cali-king, and the two upstairs bedrooms are queens. This is a great neighborhood for walking and lake access is right across the street! Serious inquiries only. This is a month-month rental that is available starting September 1 - November 30th. NO pets. Owner pays ALL utilities. Discount may be applicable if all three months are rented.
