Rules and Regulations 1. Tenant agrees to comply with all rules set forth by the Homeowners Association (HOA), including but not limited to: Obeying all posted parking signs. Following community noise policies. Maintaining the shared driveway and outdoor areas free of obstructions. 2. Tenant must also comply with all local, state, and federal laws while occupying the premises. Entry by Landlord 1. Landlord may enter the premises with at least 24 hours' notice for inspections, repairs, or to show the property to prospective tenants or buyers. 2. In case of emergency, Landlord may enter without prior notice. Termination 1. At the end of the lease term, Tenant shall vacate the property unless a renewal has been agreed upon in writing. 2. Any holdover without written consent will result in additional charges as permitted by law.
