This lease is valid starting Monday, March 12 2023 to Friday, April 28th 2023 for a prorated price of $8,500 total. $4,250 will be collected upfront with the remaining $4,250 to be collected on April 1, 2023. Failure to pay on time will result in immediate lack of access to the property. The door codes provided to the guest will will only be valid for the dates listed in this lease. The host reserves the right to limit access to the property for failure to pay. Water, gas, and internet is included in the rent and any additional expenses will be covered by the guest. The guest is responsible for keeping the place clean and for taking out the trash to the curb for pick up every Tuesday. The guest will need to also bring the trash bin back to the property after the trash has been collected. No Smoking Allowed inside the property. No pets allowed except for the agreed upon 2 small pomeranians. No parking in front of any of the neighbors property or blocking their driveway.
