Access and Privacy: The landlord reserves the right to enter the rented room and common areas for maintenance, repairs, or inspections, with reasonable notice to the tenant. The tenant is entitled to reasonable privacy and quiet enjoyment of the rented room. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice of 15 days. In the event of early termination by the tenant, the tenant shall be responsible for rent until the end of the notice period or until a new tenant replaces them, whichever occurs first..
