You will be within walking distance to all of your basic necessities. Trader Joe's, Walgreen's and Safeway are all within two blocks. The U-District Farmers Market is a 5-minute walk and Pike Place Market is only a 10-minute drive. Your home will be tucked away and quiet, whilst still enjoying all of the energy the University District has to offer. 12-month lease only. Cats are welcome, 2 max per unit, $10/month + deposit. Residents pay for all utilities separately. Last month's rent may be required based on screening results.
