Co-Living House Rules
Respect & Cleanliness
Clean up after yourself in shared spaces.
No personal items left in common areas or shared bathrooms including entryway or garage without prior approval (clothes, bags, shoes, dishes, keys, chargers etc.).
Kitchen Rules
Clean up immediately after cooking or eating.
NO dirty dishes left in the sink wash, dry, and put them away or put in the dishwasher. Dishwasher should be run every other day.
Wipe down countertops, tables, sink and stove after use. Empty out coffee grounds after brewing.
Quiet / Headphone Hours
10:00 PM 7:00 AM (please use headphones during this time).
Guests
Guests are welcome for short day-time visits.
Overnight guest stays are limited to a maximum of 5 nights per month.
Guests may not sleep in common areas at any time.
Smoking, Vaping & Substances
No smoking or vaping inside.
No drugs on the property.
No open flame candles or incense
Furnishings & Property
Residents are responsible for any damage to provided furnishings in private bedrooms and shared common areas.
Be respectful of furniture, appliances, and all house items.
Laundry Use
Clean the lint trap in the dryer after each use.
Do not leave laundry unattended in machines or common areas out of respect for your housemates.
Shared Responsibility
Take turns with basic chores (trash, dishes, wipe clean surfaces) Refer to SWAT (Sweep, Wipe down, Attend to supplies and Trash) List on Fridge for details.*
*If SWAT checklist is not followed, a warning will be issued. If cleanliness continues to be an issue, a professional cleaner will be brought in, and tenants will be charged accordingly. An option to opt out of SWAT clean is available with a $40 charger per rotation.
Report maintenance issues promptly via Turbo Tenant Portal. Emergency house issues such as water leaks, please call owner immediately.
SWAT list rotations will also include checking stock of toilet paper, cleaning supplies, trash bags and paper towels and will be responsible for replacing or coordinating with household to replace.
Safety & Security, Parking
Lock doors and windows when leaving.
Be respectful of other people's property and privacy.
Cameras are placed in common spaces. Do not tamper with cameras. By signing the lease, you agree to monitoring for the safety and security of our tenants.
