We have high-speed internet, laundry facilities in the attached carport and plenty of street parking as we live on a cul-de-sac. It is only a four unit building which is rare and I love it. We are on the only street of apartments in an all residential neighborhood- it creates a very safe, wholesome vibe. We are two blocks north of Ventura Blvd and all the cute shops and restaurants there and right adjacent to the 101/405 interchange. Super convenient. There is also a blink security system installed that you will also have access to. I would much prefer a year lease but will discuss other options, please just ask. There is also a tiny 6lb dog that lives here named Snacks. She pretty much stays with me all the time and she's quiet so you won't even know she's there. We aren't allowed any additional pets, unfortunately.

There are two roommates that live here. We are a chill household and keep the place pretty tidy- by that I mean the common areas. We are mellow, courteous and drama free- looking for someone similar.
