Kitchen comes fully equipped with gas oven and cooktop, large fridge and freezer, and dishwasher. The front yard is yours to use, garden beds, fruit trees and flowers abund. Let me know if you'd rather i hire a gardenner! The backyard is mostly for the tenants living in the backyard ADU. House is available beginning of August 2025, till end of July 2026 and maybe longer.
