About 2000 sqft with open layout. Front entertainment room with pool table and TV. Rear living room with couch and plenty of games for entertainment. Nice backyard with hanging lights, patio furniture, and a grill. Street parking is available. Washer & dryer are in the garage. Home is in an HOA with gated parks & walkways. Also has a private pool and tennis courts for you to use. Located off of Mojave & Tropicana. Including me, we have 3 guys in the house. We all go to UNLV and work full time. Looking for someone who is younger and working full time or in school. No smoking inside. Overnight guests are allowed on occasion. Clean up after yourself. Be respectful. No pets, some of us have allergies. Rent is $650 per month with all included. Security deposit is one month's rent, and is refundable upon move out. Any damages to the room or house cause by you will be deducted from your security deposit. Room will be available starting January 1st 2025.
