This house is ready to move in. All you need is furniture and of course a loan unless you have cash. It also has new flooring in kitchen and carpet throughout the rest of the house (except bathroom). There is nothing wrong with this house. After moving in 4 and a half years ago anytime there was a prob from the roof had a leak to the back of toilet replaced with upgrade flusher. Anything that went bad was fixed right away so now that our plans to move there after retirement in September of 2014 because of family has changed we have fixed the house up for the next person, persons, couple etc. etc. to move in. No Bull here.
