NO flushing of paper towels, feminine products, wipes (even if labeled "flushable")
ONLY toilet paper may be flushed
Tenant will be responsible for ALL costs associated with plumbing repairs due to improper use
Any clog caused by prohibited items will be tenant's financial responsibility
