We've done many upgrades to our home. We renovated the kitchen with quartz counter tops, a new range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave (above the range). We put in a new furnace and heat pump when we moved into the house in 2005, and a new, energy-efficient hot water heater a few years ago. The roof was replaced in 2005. We now have a deck that is accessible from the sunroom that was completed in the fall of 2017. We have replaced most of the light fixtures, and added medicine cabinets in the master bath. All the windows have been replaced.
