For new renters in a property, there is a $450.00 deposit hold for bulk trash violations. This fee is to be paid by the homeowner or the tenant, but the party responsible for the $450.00 deposit hold is within the homeowner's discretion. This hold is to ensure that trash, bulk items, moving materials, construction debris, etc. are not left in the common areas of the community outside of the scheduled bulk pick-up days.
The Association will hold the deposit for the duration of the renter's tenancy.
The Association must receive written notice of the renter's intentions to move out at least 7 days prior to the move-out date so an inspection can be scheduled. Upon passing a final inspection, the Association will return the deposit to the appropriate party within 30 days of the inspection date.
