Valet at the W Hotel next door is $42 overnight with no re-entry, charges apply each time you take out your car. There are two metered parkings 1 block and 3 blocks away and at 701 Brickell 2 blocks away overnight parking rate is a flat fee of $15 Monday to Sunday from 6 pm to 7 am. All guests must submit photo IDs before arrival, as check-in will not be granted otherwise. Check-ins after 10 pm are subject to a $25 charge and after 12 am $75. The swimming pool is currently under renovation and is open only on weekends, remaining closed during weekdays.
