2 bedroom on ranch side, 3 bedroom on two-story side. Both units occupied by squatters for last 8+ years-Estate just got them removed. Separate septic fields-see diagrams. One well for both. I was told it is beneath the LR floor in 3 bedroom unit. This property was left in shambles. Estate is located in Maryland-has to be sold "as is."
