It resides in Westview Mobile Home Park off of North Reserve Street. Very safe and quaint neighborhood with excellent access to all Missoula has to offer. -Owner will pay for water, trash, and sewer. Renter will be responsible for gas/electric and any additional utilities. Dogs over 20 lbs will be an additional $100 per month paid to Westview Mobile Home Park per their regulations. There are three vehicles allowed per home in Westview yet sufficient parking for additional vehicles. However, any extra vehicle/trailer over the allowed 3 will result in a $25 add on to your rental amount per Westview regulations. Tenant will also be responsible for signing the Westview rules and regulations agreement as a resident of the park in addition to the lease signed with the owner of the mobile home. Furthermore, the tenant will need to complete and comply with the standard for credit that Westview requires. Lawn mowing and snow removal will be the responsibility of the tenant unless otherwise negotiated with the landlord for an increase in the monthly rental amount.
