Each lot is landscaped, however owners have the ability to modify landscaping with approval from the POA board. We are a gated family-friendly and pet-friendly resort (2 pet maximum). POA dues are $843/quarter which includes lawn mowing/trimming, trash collection at the dumpster, water, sewer, and access to our 20,000 sq ft clubhouse , pickleball courts, and pool. Beyond POA dues, electricity, and internet, the only other occurring fees involved with the property are property taxes.
