Neighborhood Description Everyone is friendly. The neighbors take walks, walk their dogs, kids play, ride bikes, etc... and everyone always waves, says hi, and sometimes stops to chat. Squirrels, rabbits, and deer are seen out in our yards. (Also, skunks... I haven't seen them but my 2 chow chows have encountered them already unfortunately.) Groundhogs, birds, etc...
