We are easy going landlord's and will tolerate quit a bit however there will be NO LOUD PARTIES, we ask that any noise be put to rest at 10 p m on weeknights and 11:30p m on weekends. We ask that you have your dogs on a leash at all times while outside of house and backyard. We ask that the deposit not be used for last months rent. If you have money problems please be upfront with us and we will work with you but don't hide it up til day rent is due. There will be a $25 late fee 8 days after rent is due. There will be no businesses either out of house or garage. Trash pickup is every Wednesday, you will have to pay $13 per month for trash pickup.
