Leaks or water damage resulting from tenant's failure to promptly report issues Tenant must promptly report any issues to the Landlord. 8. Entry Landlord may enter the premises with 12 hours' notice for inspections, repairs, or to show to prospective tenants or buyers. 9. Termination Tenant must give at least 30 days' written notice prior to move-out. If Tenant breaks the lease early, they may be responsible for rent until a new tenant is found or the lease ends. 10.
