Located in the peaceful town of Columbia Falls, this property has a lot to offer for outdoor adventurists. With numerous places to hike and explore at your toes, there is much beauty to be seen. This includes being close to the famous Glacier national park, which is only 20 minutes away from the house. Best part of this property is the amazing view beautiful view and serenity of the surrounding area. It is truly a restful place and breathtaking at the same time. Logan Health hospital is only 20 minutes away, as well as major big box stores such as Costco and Target; but there is local stores and shops nearby as well for convivence. Plenty of amenities available, with full kitchen, oven, stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer, full fridge and WIFI hookup. Everything is in great condition with hardwood floors. Lots of front yard and backyard space to have fun, especially with kids. Great place for a young family as well, with great schools in the area and a convenient bus stop in front of house by mailbox. You are able to see your kids get on and off bus from property. This is a great place to stay, we definitely enjoy it and hope you will too. Sq footage only includes livable space, not unfinished basement. Utilities to be paid by renter: -gas and electricity are fairly cheap -internet thru Spectrum -trash; can either take to dump for free or pay for service. (no burning allowed) -water is flat rate of $50 added to rent Animals: Domestic animals will be allowed, at owner's discretion.
