Due to this property's downtown location, some city noise may be audible from the unit. A white noise machine has been provided in the unit for your comfort. If the city sounds continue to disrupt your stay, earplugs are available upon request. Smoking, fireworks, and pets are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Parties are not permitted in the unit or anywhere else in the building. The HOA has the right to remove guests from the common areas and impose fines for disruptive behavior. If fines are incurred due to guest behavior, the guest will be responsible for the fines. The communal pool is available from 10 AM to 12 AM on Mondays and 7 AM to 12 AM from Thursday to Sunday, located on the 33rd Floor. Only registered guests are permitted and no parties are allowed. Swimming pool should be used at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Children under 16 should be supervised at all times. No glass is allowed in and around the pool or hot tub. For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool. A $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated. The pool heater may struggle to maintain temperature if it's below 45F. If the temperature drops below 35F, the heater cannot function effectively. The communal fitness center and outdoor lounge are available 24/7 on the 10th floor. There is a trash room on every floor located near the elevators. Please place all trash in the designated chute. Do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). Adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
