Whole unit has beautiful hardwood flooring with tile in bathroom. Utilities included (electric, heat, hot water, trash, plowing, landscaping, access to YouTube TV). Would share bathroom, kitchen, living room, deck and washer/dryer with landlord/property manager. Whole unit is 1000 sq feet. -Month to month lease -No smoking -1 assigned parking space - No large parties - max 4 visitors -Drinking allowed within reason - No nudity in common areas -Noise/music must be kept to a reasonable level. -Have Monitor heater to heat whole unit. Electric heat is only to be used if monitor goes out for some reason. -A/C in summer is only used when inside house is above 75 or humidity is high. Additional use of A/C will be charged to the tenant. Must adhere to all condo rules/policies from our HOA.
