The Four Corners Folk Festival is an annual event at the top Reservoir Hill. There is also a Jazz Festival, Upscale bridge to bridge craft shows, Center for the Performing Arts featuring plays like "Chicago", "It's A Good Life Charlie Brown", "Tarzan", and "The Little Mermaid" etc. Restaurants are plentiful. This home is located Uptown which is the newest part of Pagosa and accessible to stores within walking distance. It is only 1 hour away from Durango, CO which features many more tourist shops. Durango is home to The Historic Silverton Railroad and is known for one of the best areas' zip lining under the canopy of the trees. There is also a shorter zip line in town and Durango Mountain ski area just outside of the City limits of Durango. The mountains around Pagosa are simply gorgeous with 360 degree views.
