I am looking to move out of state and want to sub-lease my apartment until the lease ends in the new year 2023. I was the first person to live in this unit and I keep it very clean. There is a gym and hotub. I pay around $2,000 a month for everything (rent, internet, all utilities, garage parking). I am happy to give a tour if you are interested. If you are interested I will let me property manager know and he will coordinate the sub-lease. I am open to leaving the dresser in the closet, the shelf in my room and the barstools. Here is a link to another identical unit on a lower floor. I'm looking for someone who would want a shorter lease but not have to pay higher rents. You can renew in 2023 under your name if you would like. If you are interested in lease details please let me know. This will be a sub-lease until Jan 1st 2023 at which point you could renew under your name. If you are interested we will coordinate with the property managers they will setup the sub-lease.
