Looking for someone to take over my lease for a 1br/1ba unit in Modern on M starting mid or late July. The lease ends May 30, 2022, so you would get the current rate through that date. I absolutely love my unit, and it has a really quaint view looking out at the Southwest Duck Pond! The room and building are super new and modern. You can see all the amenities on the website linked above, but they include a very sizeable gym (which is right downstairs), convenient Luxer mailroom systems, 24-hr concierge, clubrooms, a large outdoor pool, several office pods, and a rooftop. My lease does not include parking because I do not have a car, but you could add a parking spot to the lease for an additional cost. The Southwest DC neighborhood is amazing, as you are walking distance to the National Mall, Navy Yard, Titanic Memorial Park, and the Wharf. You are also right next to the Waterfront metro station and a short walk to L'Enfant Plaza station. This is a lease takeover and not a sublease. You would need to apply with the management company and pass a credit and background check.
