There is firewood available for use, but Renter must replace wood that is used during winter months and upon vacating when lease is done. Salt pellets for the new Water Softener needs to be maintained at all times to prevent hard water stains on appliances and clothing.
The lakefront home is on a private gravel road so a 4WD vehicle is a great convenience for the Renter.
Maximum 2 dogs allowed and must be on leash at all times so that they don't wander in neighbors' yards. A $100/pet Deposit due at signing, but will be returned if no damage by dogs. Dogs must be max 40#, well behaved and housebroken.
First and last month's rent due upon signing of lease as well as the Pet Deposit. Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
Maximum 2 cars only as there is only limited parking directly in front of detached garage. A second car must park behind first car. No smoking allowed in the house.
