In the event Tenant fails to remit payment as required hereunder, this Agreement may be terminated at Owner's option and Owner shall be under no obligation to reserve the Property for the benefit of Tenant.
2. CANCELLATION TERMS: (i) Tenant may cancel this Agreement and receive a full refund by providing Owner written notice by certified mail at least ninety (90) days prior to the Check-In Date. (ii) Tenant may cancel this Agreement and a receive refund of fifty percent (50%) of the Balance Due by providing Owner written notice by certified mail between eighty-nine (89) and sixty (60) days prior to the Check-In Date. (iii) If Tenant cancels this Agreement fewer than fifty-nine (59) days prior to the Check-In Date, Tenant shall be obligated to pay the Balance Due, in full, and no refund shall be provided. (iv) Owner may cancel this Agreement at least sixty (60) days prior to the Check-In Date and all advance funds will be refunded to Tenant. Owner shall not be responsible for any costs Tenant may incur for travel or other arrangements in the event of cancellation by Owner or Tenant.
