Close to a park, coffee shops, cafes, and down the street from Austin Bouldering Project. Easily 10 minutes away from heart of east side, downtown, and Mueller. The pictures attached are from when the house was sold so it does not have the same furnishings and the yard is not freshly planted and moreso nonexistant due to the weather. A few high-quality semi-furnishings are there and can stay with extra deposit, or can be removed (bar stools, dresser, media console, outdoor dining table set & seating). Renter responsible for setting up electric, water, gas, internet bills in their name and basic care & maintenance/cleanliness of property inside and out (not structural integrity issues for instance roof damage etc), one month's deposit, looking for long-term renter, ideally until Oct 2026, available longer. Non-smoker.
