Welcome to the Boho Suite, a boutique studio condo located at the Coral Resort on the intracoastal side of Clearwater Beach, where you can feel at home. This suite offers water views and plenty of sunlight. This 240 sqft studio suite features a full-size murphy bed, a cozy couch and ottoman in the sitting area, and a 55-inch ROKU TV. The kitchen is equipped with a stove top, oven, full fridge, plates, cups, silverware, cooking supplies, a Keurig coffee maker, and a microwave. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and spa soap. Beach gear, including beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella, is provided. Free parking and Wi-Fi are included. Coral Resort is located on Clearwater Beach, in an area filled with restaurants, cafes, boutique stores, and coffee shops. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away. The balcony is shared with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A $250 penalty will be charged if cleaners determine smoking or vaping has taken place inside the rental. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in, and anyone under 25 will be refused entry and the reservation will be canceled without a refund. No parties are allowed at any time. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors' projects or renovations and other activities. Pinellas County is undertaking a 2025 beach nourishment project, which includes sand placement in Clearwater Beach, scheduled for October November 2025. During this period, there may be temporary beach access closures, construction activity, and associated noise. The bottom units, including the downstairs doors and bathroom, are currently under construction and will not be accessible during your stay. You will likely see some debris, and you can expect some noise during daytime hours on weekdays. This is expected to continue until the end of the year 2025.
