This studio suite offers an open layout with plenty of sunlight and a direct water view from the balcony overlooking the pool. Relax on the comfy sofa and enjoy entertainment on the SMART TV. The suite includes a full kitchen with a stove and a dining area for three. Enjoy the year-round heated pool, private fishing dock, free parking, and Wi-Fi for your convenience. The resort also features an on-site manager and laundry facilities, along with a unique tropical courtyard. On-site laundry facilities are available at no extra cost, and the resort features a year-round heated pool and private fishing dock. Located just two blocks from the sandy beach and right on the water, the Coral Resort offers an uninterrupted view of dolphins and boats. The beautiful beach-side neighborhood provides everything within walking distance, including plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops right outside the door. The bottom units, including the downstairs doors and bathroom, are currently under construction and will not be accessible during your stay. Expect some noise during daytime hours on weekdays, continuing until September 30, 2025. The pool and laundry facilities may be unavailable due to ongoing hurricane repairs. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A digital rental agreement must be signed, and a legal ID and verification photo must be provided prior to arrival. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will incur a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. No parties are allowed at any time, and smoking or vaping inside the rental will result in a $250 penalty. In case of a lockout, a fee of $125 will be charged, or $200 outside regular business hours. The balcony is shared with the adjacent unit and is standing-room only. The pool is managed by the resort, and any issues should be reported to both the resort and us. A $25 service fee will be charged for unauthorized TV subscriptions or charges. The resort fee covers up to $500 in damages during your stay, excluding linens, towels, and small decorative items. Guests are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs for any items left behind.
