Parking is on-site and included in your stay, with a parking pass provided at check-in. Please ensure the pass is visible on your vehicle's dashboard. Situated in a beachside neighborhood, this apartment is surrounded by bars, cafes, ice cream shops, boutique stores, and restaurants, all within walking distance. Clearwater Beach is right across the street, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand without needing a car. Construction is ongoing in the bottom units, including the downstairs doors and bathroom, which will not be accessible during your stay. Expect some noise during daytime hours on weekdays until September 30, 2025. Check-in is at 4 PM EST and checkout is at 10 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will incur additional charges. No parties are allowed, and smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, with a $250 penalty for violations. The pool is managed by the resort, and any issues should be reported to both the resort and us. A digital rental agreement must be signed, and an ID provided for booking completion. Guests must be at least 25 years old to check in. The balcony is shared and standing-room only, and regular precautions should be taken. Noise from neighboring projects or renovations is possible during weekdays, and no refunds will be issued for such disturbances. The apartment features a cozy sitting area with a smart TV, where guests must log in to their own channels.
