OK, first off, the bad news: no pets and no smoking anywhere on the condo complex. So, if your dog is a smoker, this isn't the place for you! OK, now the good stuff! This condo complex feels like living in Hawaii! The buildings are stunning and feature a common grass park area. The home I have for rent is amazing! Brand new light color hardwood floors are being installed soon to replace the carpet. The floorplan (see attached picture) offer 2 Master Suites, a big living room and a HUGE deck! VERY tall ceilings give the home an extra spacious feel. The deck is accessed by two oversized slider doors which let in a ton of natural light and offer a nice view of the Coastal Range. Claremont Golf Course is just down the road! The QFC Market is really nice for all your grocery shopping.
