Late check-in fees apply for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM, with a $40 fee payable in cash upon arrival. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. A late fee of 50% of the daily rate applies for check-outs after 11 AM. Smoking and parties are prohibited, with a $500 penalty for violations.
