Parking is not included, but on-site valet services are available at $75 per day with in-and-out privileges or $50 for hourly valet. Nearby parking can be reserved for $35 per day. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet applies, and daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour. Located in the heart of Brickell, this apartment is just minutes away from Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, Ocean Drive, South Pointe Park Pier, Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, Kaseya Arena, Adrienne Arsht Center, Little Havana, Miami Circle Park, and the Everglades. Exterior building maintenance will begin on July 1st, with some noise expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The pool will be available on weekends only starting July 25, 2025, and the schedule may vary due to maintenance. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking and parties are prohibited, with a penalty of $500 for violations. Pets are welcome with specific rules, including a size limit and behavioral requirements. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Guests are expected to take out the trash before leaving.
